一天，同事間的閒聊提到打流感免疫針，我道：「很多人也不知道，其實免疫針無效且有害。」此語一出，其他人立刻齊聲反對：「如果不是有免疫針，天花又那裡會絕跡？」我道：「天花早在免疫針出現前已漸消失，是其他因素如注意衞生或改善生活環境等所造成的。」眾人依然不信，想想無憑無據，又怎能令人入信？所以我決定搜集網上的資料，令更多人知道免疫針的危害。
One day, my colleagues talked about getting Flu Vaccination. I said, "Many people don't know that vaccination is useless and even harmful." My colleagues instantly disagreed, "If not for vaccination, Samllpox will not disappear." I replied, "Smallpox disappeared way before the invention of vaccination, it is the other factors such as better hygiene and imporved enviornment that did the job." My colleagues still not believing. Well, without any prove on hand, how can I convine anyone? So I decided to link some online materials in this post, to let more people know about the harm of vaccination.

血鑽 Blood Diamond
上星期六（二零零七年二月三日）去了看血鑽，片長１４０分鐘，卻沒有悶場，緊張刺激。李安納度在此片中釋演粗獷的僱傭兵，身手敏捷，機警過人，一改他油頭粉面的形象。
有需求，就有供應。鑽石和其他名貴奢侈品，素來是收藏保值賺錢的好選擇。那一位女孩沒夢想過能有一位白馬王子來，在其無名指上套上代表永恆的鑽石？那一位不會受海報上名模光滑脖子上耀眼的石頭吸引？但又有那一位知道採鑽背後的血淚？
血鑽提醒我們，繁榮安穩的都市表象，是犧牲了多少人力物力所換來的。很多人活在水深火熱之中；很多人像驢子一樣幹活；很多人流離失所；就只是要維持富裕國家熣燦繁榮的景象。
人們是要不斷被提醒的。人是習慣的動物，每天返工放工，很快又會將這一時的震撼忘記。所以為什麼世上浪費繼續，血腥依然。
有人說我不買「血鑽」，買「乾淨鑽」便可。但這和買一部環保的乾衣機一樣，依舊破壞環境，幫助不大。我們為什麼不能直接把衣物放在陽光下曬乾？為什麼我們要買「乾淨鑽」而不索性拒買鑽石？
Last Saturaday (3 Feb 2007) I went to watch Blood Diamond. Although the film last for 140mins, it is action packed and exciting. Leonardo Dicaprio acts as a quick thinking solider with good reflex. He ended his boyhood and entered into manhood.
If there is demand, there is supply. Diamond is like other luxuries, which are good choices of collecting and profit-making. Any girl not dreaming of having a prince with a white horse, putting a diamond onto her wedding finger? Any one not attracted to the shinning rocks resting on the smooth neck of a super model? But who knows the bloody tragedy occurring because of diamond mining?
Blood diamond reminds us that our prosperous cities can only be like this by the exchange of huge human and other resources. Many people live like hell. Many people work like a donkey. Many people loss their home. This is what it takes for a city to look prosperous.
People have to be reminded constantly. We are creatures of habits. Everyday working on and off, we will soon forget the shock we received. That's why there is still wasteful acts and bloody incidents.
Someone may says if we don't buy "Blood Diamond", we can buy "Clean Diamond". However, this is the same as buying an environmental friendly dry cleaner, it still has bad impact on the environment. Why don't we dry our clothes under the sun? Why should we buy "Clean Diamond " instead of refusing to buy any diamond?
